Fabric: Hand wash only. Use neutral laundry detergent. Water temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid bleach. After washing, allow the product to dry naturally. Do not expose to direct sunlight to prevent the material from hardening or fading.

Metal accessories (clips, rings and fasteners): Each time you clean the product, wipe the metal with a dry cloth. Use a cotton swap dipped in alcohol to clean the gaps to prevent rust or jamming.

Regular Inspections for Pet Safety

• Check the stitching for looseness and breakage. Replace this promptly if any damage is found to prevent the product from breaking.
• Check if the metal parts are deformed, rusty, or malfunctioning. If the clips cannot shut, stop using the product immediately to prevent the dog potentially getting loose.

Special Care

• After rainy days, swimming sessions, or wet, muddy walks, the product should be naturally air dried after use.
• If you are storing the product away: after cleaning and air drying, place the product into a well-ventilated storage box. Avoid folding or squeezing to prevent stubborn wrinkles.
• Do not soak the product in water for a long period of time to avoid damage.
• Do not use the high temperature setting on a hair dryer to dry the product directly, as it may cause the fabric to shrink.
• If you find any damage to the product, it is recommended to replace it to prevent your dog from accidentally eating pieces of material and to prevent them escaping whilst on a walk.
