We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within:

  • 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), dispatch may take longer - but we’ll always do our best!

Delivery Times & Costs

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery, 2–5 working days, Free

International Shipping

Where available, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking details will be included where available.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or strikes
  • Additional charges for redelivery due to incorrect address details
  • Lost parcels caused by incorrect address entry
  • Missed deliveries where re-delivery is not arranged

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right when your order arrives:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if required.

Pre-Orders / Backorders

If you purchase an item on pre-order/backorder:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together

You can contact us if you’d like separate delivery (additional charges may apply).

Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed after they have been dispatched.

If you need to amend details, please email us as soon as possible.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect from a delivery office
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

A re-delivery fee will apply, or a refund will be provided minus original shipping costs.
